Das Master ist das prestigeträchtigste und wichtigste Einladungs-Turnier im
Snooker-Kalender! Nur die Top 16 Spieler sind automatisch qualifiziert. Das
Turnier ist dadurch auf ein kleines Spielerfeld begrenzt und gibt Spielern einen
zusätzlichen Anreiz eine Top 16 Platzierung zu erreichen!
Die ersten 16 der Rangliste werden ergänzt durch ein oder zwei Wildcards und
einen Gewinner eines Qualifizierungsturniers!
Das Turnier, das früher im Wembley Conference Centre veranstaltet wurde und
jetzt in der nahe gelegenen Arena, wird von der Saga Insurance gesponsert!
